Music Converter for Mac can also extract and convert audio content from video formats including: AVI, FLV, XviD, DivX, FLV, MOV, M4V, WMV, MPEG, MTS, M2TS, RM, 3GP and many more. You can edit tracks, view audio properties of files and even create iPhone ringtones too. To edit, simply click the album, artist or track name to edit and click save. All of the edited data is transferred to iTunes during conversion.

Very basic, free version not suitable for conversion of the whole albums.
Be carefull - editor's review relates to the paid version - $10. Free version doesn't support batch processing - just one-by-one conversion. and doesn't allow to set bitrate and quality for for output audio. More
